Sivilli Wine Co is a project from Tom Sivilli (winemaker at Cameron) that is Methode Champenoise sparkling wine from Oregon. His first release is an Eola-Amity blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier that gives way to golden apple, pear, floral notes and bracing acidity. $43
Berthollier Chignin Bergeron “Exception” 2022 is an old-vine Bergeron (Roussanne) from the Savoie region of France. Brilliant gold in colour. Powerful aromas of dried apricots,honey, white peach and exotic fruit underlined by a hint of spice and smokiness. Full and powerful palate of dried apricot, candied fruit and citrus with an underlying richness. Beautifully fresh with a slight spiciness associated with superb minerality. $32
Color Collector Gamay Gorge AVA 2022 from Bethany Kimmel. I met Bethany when she was working at E&R Wines while simultaneously making Color Collector that is an all-Gamay project that showcases the different expressions of Gamay from around Oregon. A sleek mineral cut that adds depth and complexity. There's a wave of pretty red and purple fruit with subtle tannins and vibrant acidity, all coming together to create a wine that resonates with energy and focus. $35
Flilpa Pato Baga Bairrada 2022 is from Portugal’s Bairrada’s DOC and is 100% Baga. To me this wine has the freshness of a Beaujolais from Fleurie. On the palate, fruity with a nice beautiful structure and an almost velvety texture with a very fresh and inviting aftertaste. $20
Clemens Busch Riesling Vom Rotten Schiefer Mosel 2022 is produced from biodynamically grown Riesling from one of Germany’s most renown producers, Clemens Busch, this white is refreshingly lush and expressive, filled with ripe, yellow stone fruit, yellow apple white strawberry, and exotic citrus notes. Juicy and fresh, with beautiful tension and wet stone minerality on the finish, this is an exciting wine that is only going to get better with time. $34
